Bairnsdale Speedway Association
Bairnsdale Speedway Association will host the AMCA Nationals for the first time this season.
The AMCAs will be out to put on a good show this Saturday night and get some much wanted track time with the rescheduled Australian title in the near future.
The VSC Sprintcars return for round 3 of the Bairnsdale series. Andrew Hughes will be out to improve on his 3rd place on his last outing at Bairnsdale, however stalwart Peter Logue, locals Rod Bowman and Mal Siely will be applying the heat in an effort to take out the round.

The series has been closely contested so far this season and Scott Laidlaw, Jeff Smith and Toby Callanan will be fighting for a podium position at the end of the night. Rounding out the evening will be the Limited Sportsman with Paul Haddon making his first start for the season. Rod Dennison has taken all before him this season and will be keen to keep the winning streak at Bairnsdale going, but David Dennison will want to see his son behind him at the end of the night.

Lawn Mower Racing comes to Bairnsdale Speedway
Under grey threatening skies the Australian Ride On Lawn Mower Association hosted the Mossi-Tambo Mower Muster on Saturday 30/10/2010.
Twenty three competitors greeted the starters flag on a day that produced some excellent racing, spills and thrills for the enthusiastic crowd that were present for the action.
The A class mowers provided some excellent entertainment with Marty Saunders, Ray Scott and John McFarlane, B class mower, fighting hard for the first three positions in each of the races. The crowd enjoyed the tight tussle which in one race saw Ray Scott ride the back wheel of Marty Saunders to be thrown from his mower. All was well and Ray was able to continue in the race.
Tight racing was the order of the day in all classes and a great day was had by all.
The Mossi-Tambo Fire Brigade should be congratulated on hosting a great day of entertainment with the mower racing and a jumping castle for the kids. The Salvation Army provided food and coffee for the spectators and competitors.
The AROLMA hold racing on a regular basis throughout the year and the calander of events can be found on their website at www.arolmra.tk
